To Jim McDermott, Practical Horsemanship is about relationships and our desire to make a connection with our animals. He teaches techniques that can be used daily to equally benefit the horse and the rider. Jim is appreciated for his easy communication style, his understanding that everyone expects something different, his wonderful sense of humor, and his patience. In Jim’s Clinics he offers the opportunity to experiment with methods based on observation, patience, and timing.
